Warranty

FSO warrants our product to be in good condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 years from the original date of purchase. If purchased through an authorized retailer, you may wish to first attempt return/exchange through the retailer though all warranty issues accompanied by a receipt, proof of purchase or as much purchase information available are eligible to be evaluated for possible repair or a onetime replacement.

FSO will not pay for inbound shipping unless there was an error on our part. We highly encourage retaining all tracking information from your chosen carrier as we are not responsible for lost inbound shipments. Please allow 2-3 business days for response once the application is submitted.

FSO will not replace items purchased through eBay or any unauthorized resellers.

PLEASE NOTE The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
1.Elemental or accidental damage (rips from touching/scraping the ground, burns, punctures created with sharp objects)
2.Improper care or use (letting it scrape against the ground)
3.Normal wear and tear
4.UV exposure (discoloration and brittleness causes tearing)
5.After-market modifications

Include: 1. Reason for Warranty submission 2. Order number 3. Date of purchase 4. Additional comments 5. (2) clear images highlighting the issue or manufacture defect

*Note: BaseCamp hammock is large and can sink to the ground if not hung correctly or has too much weight. We advise testing with one person before loading up the hammock to the point is sags to the ground. We consider rips caused by scraping the ground this improper use and accidental damage.
